Sefwi Bodi Constituency Ambulance Kills 56-year-old Farmer

A Sefwi Bodi District Ambulance Car with registration number GV 20-21 in the wee hours of Wednesday, October 19, 2022 knocked down a 56-year-old man killing him instantly.

The deceased, Kwasi Asiamah aka Fella who is a Farmer met his untimely death after he was knocked down by the Sefwi Bodi District Ambulance at Sefwi Bosomoiso junction near Sefwi Wiawso in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal of the Western North Region.

Narrating the incident to the father of the deceased, Abusuapanyin Nana Yaw Nkuah said, his son was coming from Sefwi Bekwai and when he alighted from a taxi cab and tried to cross the highway to board a tricycle popularly known as Pragia to Sefwi Bosomoiso-Alomunu to attend a family funeral, the speeding Ambulance which was also from the same direction unfortunately knocked him down.

According to him, the deceased is at the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal hospital morgue for the police to conduct investigation into the incident.

The deceased left behind a wife and four (4) children.
