Popular investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has publicised Ken Agyapong‘s letter which was written Secretly to the Chief Justice of Ghana.
According to Anas Aremeyaw Anas, he was totally surprised that the letter was written to the Apex Court without the consent of his lawyers. Anas expressed the confusion which met him and his legal team after reading the content of the letter.
In the letter, Ken Agyapong had requested for an interim Judge called Justice Baah to return to the case. This was after the Dormaahene who was Presiding over the case got transferred to Tema.
Anas Aremeyaw Anas expressed his disappointment at the turn events.
In 2018, Anas Aremeyaw Anas took Kennedy Agyapong to court for Defamation. He is Seeking for the court to compel Kennedy Agyapong to retract his numerous Accusations against him and his Tiger PI team.
