The Supreme Court, will today, Monday, February 15, hear a motion for leave to have the case of the Petitioner reopened.

The Petitioner, Mr John Dramani Mahama, is also praying the Court for leave to subpoena the first Respondent, the Electoral Commission, headed by Mrs Jean A Mensa, to be cross-examined.

Meanwhile, parties to the Election 2020 Trial have closed their cases.

Following a unanimous decision on Thursday, February 11, 2021 by the Supreme Court, that it could not compel the EC Boss to testify, the Petitioner had filed a motion for leave to have his case reopened.
