The Offinso Municipal Security Council in the Ashanti region has barred former boss of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Dr. The embattled queen mother also wrote a letter to the Offinso Municipal Chief Executive on March 13, 2024 announcing Dr. Chairman of the Municipal Security Council, Kingsley Owusu-Appiah has admitted the development is a security concern.
