Winners of Plan B FM’s Osagyefo Day Out program were treated to an exciting and educational trip to the Naval Base in Tema New Town on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
Winning students from Aggrey Road Memorial School, Tema Parents Association School, and St. Stephen Anglican School earned the special trip as the grand prize for their participation in the Osagyefo Day Out celebration.

The visit to the naval base offered the students a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of the Ghana Navy and the important role it plays in safeguarding the nation’s territorial waters. Officers of the base took the students on a guided tour, explaining naval duties, discipline, and the importance of maritime security.

Beyond the educational experience, the trip was filled with laughter, fun activities, and unforgettable memories, giving the young participants a deeper appreciation of national service and patriotism.

Plan B FM’s Osagyefo Day Out initiative continues to promote learning beyond the classroom, inspiring young minds through exposure, mentorship, and national pride.
