The winner of the maiden edition of Plan B FM Inter-community Soccer Gala which is being held at the Tema sports stadium will smile home with a whopping GH¢10,000 as prize money.
This was revealed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of Free Minds Communication, owners of Plan B FM, Madam Comfort Aniagyei during the opening ceremony of the competition on Saturday August 6, 2022.
In addition, the winner would receive a mega trophy and medals.
According to Madam Comfort Aniagyei, the second-placed team would receive GH¢5,000 , a silver trophy and silver medals. The third placed-team will also get a cash prize of GH¢ 3,000 and bronze medals.
The tournament which runs on the weekends of 5th to 7th and on the 12th to 14th of August 2022 will have 32 teams battle it out for the coveted prize
The tournament is designed to bring together all communities in and around Greater Accra Region to compete in the soccer challenge.
She expressed appreciation to all sponsors for their support.
