Government and commercial transport operators holds opposing position on the new price of fuel again.

Mr Yaw Berimah secretary for Coalition of Drivers union in an interview with Bohyeba Afriyie on PlanB FM’s Ebanoosen revealed the level at which they are disappointed at the incumbent because they had soo much trust in them to make life easy for drivers but it may seem as though they have no interest in the progress of drivers

He said that the Government Tax Games and the pandemic in the fuel sector has leveled up,and they cant take it any longer hence the reason why they want to increase fares.

He disclosed that due to the rapid increase of the prices fuel some drivers have lost their jobs because they are unable to make sales to their car owners

“If the Government says it is not in a good space to reduce fuel prices then they should allow Us to increase fares with the right rate”

He concluded that if by Saturday the Government does not reduce the price of fuel it will withdraw it service and pedestrians will walk to their various destinations.
