We will not resume footballing duties until Justice is served – Kotoko

Asante Kotoko have announced their withdrawal from all football activities following the death of staunch supporter,  Francis Yaw Frimpong—popularly known as Nana Pooley

The staunch supporter who also doubles as a Communications Member of the Supporters’ Group was stabbed to death by unknown assailants during their Matchday 19 fixture at the Nana Kronmansah Park at Twumasikrom.

In a statement released on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 sighted by Plan B Sports, the club stated that all first-team activities have been put on hold and will only resume after justice is served.
