The head of communications of WAEC-Ghana, Agnes Teye Codjoe, has stated it clearly that the general public should disregard all BECE and WASSCE Timetables circulating on social media.
In an interview on GBC radio on Wednesday, Agnes Teye Codjoe revealed that some website owners in Ghana have published fake BECE and WASSCE timetables on their platforms. According to her, such timetables are fake. She is therefore urging the general public to disregard those timetables circulating on social media.
Agnes Teye Codjoe further added that all stakeholders should visit the website of WAEC for the official and approved WASSCE and BECE timetable.
”Timetables have been sent to the various schools, and then briefing sessions will be held for supervisors before the exams”
”Visit our website, www.waecgh.org for the authentic timetables for both BECE and WASSCE” she said.
She added that this year’s BECE will have a total of over 600,000 candidates while the WASSCE will have over 448,000 candidates.
The 2023 WASSCE for school candidates will officially start on Monday, 31st July, 2023. The 2023 BECE on the other hand will also start on Monday, 7th August, 2023 and end on 11th August, 2023.
