Police officers in Uganda have arrested a driver who was photographed offloading pineapples from an ambulance owned by the Kebisoni Health Center IV in Rukungiri District.
According to the police spokesman for the Kigezi sub-region Mr Elly Maate, the driver is known as Matayo Barekye from Kebisoni town council in Rukungiri District.
Daily Monitor reports that Barekye was photographed on January 27, 2022, at Nyamunuka trading centre while allegedly offloading pineapples from the ambulance registered as UG 3797M.
