The Ministry of Health has reduced the cost of application forms for entry into public health training institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year.

In a statement issued on Monday, April 14, the Minister of Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh indicated that GH¢50 has been slashed from the cost of the application forms.

Therefore, instead of applicants paying GH¢200, they will now pay GH¢150.

The sale of forms will begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and close on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Further details on the application process are expected to be announced soon.

According to Mr Akandoh, the reduction is aimed at improving access and affordability for applicants across the country.

Only GCB Bank PLC and the Agriculture Development Bank (ADB) have been authorised to sell the forms.
