The total number of arrests remains unaccounted for by Ghana Police, says Ibrahim- Anyass Esq

Ibrahim- Anyass Muhammed Esq, legal practitioner and member of lawyers for protesters says he is unsure of the number of protestors who will be presented to court by the Ghana Police Service on Wednesday 25th September, 2024.

According to him, the total number of arrests made so far has not been accounted for by the Ghana Police, adding that, ‘’there will be repeat application of the bail, application itself and also room for appealing the decision of the Judge so’’.

He said, they would be exploring other possible avenuey to seek redress for those who have been denied bail.

A Circuit Court on Tuesday 24th September, 2024 remanded about twenty- eight (28) protesters and another eleven (11) into Prison custody.
