The Minister of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, Samuel Nartey George has terminated the appointment of Mr Kwadwo Gyamfi Osafo-Mafo as the Director of Cyber Security at the National Communications Authority (NCA).
He has been asked to hand over to the Ag Director General of the NCA.
The dismissal letter signed by Chief Director of the Ministry Alexander Yaw Arphul said “I wish to inform you that the Minister of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations has terminated your appointment as the Director of Cyber Security of the National Communications Authority effective immediately.
“You are directed to hand over your duties to the Ag Director General of the National Communications Authority.
“In line with paragraph 8 of your appointment letter, you will be given three months salary in lieu of notice.
“The honorable Minister extends his gratitude for your service to the nation.”
