New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Youth Organiser, Salam Mustapha, has withdrawn from the race for the party’s National Organiser position.
The announcement was made by the Chairman of the NPP Elections Committee, Frederick Opare Ansah, ahead of the balloting for the National Organiser position on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
Salam Mustapha was among the candidates seeking to become the party’s next National Organiser, with the election scheduled for October 3, 2026.
His withdrawal leaves the remaining candidates including, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, to contest the position as the party prepares for its national executive elections.
The reasons behind his withdrawal are yet to be disclosed
