Robbers tie security up, stab him and bolt with excavator parts

Robbers Invade Mission House On New Year’s Eve; Steal GHC13k

A private security man at a mining and construction company at Bediem near Obuasi is battling with a life-threatening wound after he was tied and stabbed by some persons believed to be robbers.

According to a police report sighted by MyNewsGh.com, Amatus Ziem claimed that about 3 am on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at about 3 am, while on duty,  three unknown young men attacked him, tied him up with a rope and stabbed him in his back with a knife and made away with six(6)excavator 330 CL cylinder injectors and one(1 )starter.

As a result, he sustained a deep cut on his back with blood oozing from it and with his shirt soaked.

Accompanied by the one Prosper Ankabong in charge of operations of the said company, he lodged a complaint with the police to apprehend the assailants.
