Rent issues; Be considerate as we celebrate Val’s Day- Captain Jesus to Landlords/Ladies

The leader and founder of Captain Jesus prayer ministry Prophet Isaac Ofosuhene Gyimah (Captain Jesus) has advised the general public, especially landlords/ladies to be considerate to their tenants when it comes to rent issues in the country.

Speaking to (Captain Jesus) on Plan B FM’s morning show hosted by Obidehye Kofi Sekyi, the man of God pleaded on behalf of all tenants that landlords/ladies should be considerate as we mark Val’s Day because it signifies love, care, and given that st. Valentine portrayed the needy and all who were oppressed in their lives.

Prophet Gyimah said, God bless those who care for the needy especially providing shelter, clothing, food, and drinks for the needy all the time.

“Increasing the rents or evicting tenants from their rooms in these hard times is not appropriate though there may be a legitimate issue but let love lead, he added”

He therefore advised all tenants to live an exemplary life respect their landlords/ladies and keep the houses as clean and neat as their own and by so doing their landlords/ladies will live with them in harmony.
