Staying on top of your health requires seeing your doctor or checking your health status regularly.
The director of Aid-Life Herbal Research Hospital Dr. Eric Amoah has urged the general public to regularly go for checkups on their health status to help them seek early treatment.
Speaking to Ohene Addo on ‘Apomuden fie’ a weekly health show on Plan B Fm, Dr Amoah said many sickness like kidney and liver problems has similar symptoms so regular checkups will help to differentiate the two for proper treatment.
Again he said that blood pressure and diabetes also have similar symptoms, and generally move together,
“Having blood pressure could automatically lead to diabetes or having diabetes can also lead to blood pressure”
Kidney, liver problems, blood pressure, and diabetes are like life-threatening sicknesses, so regular check-up and early detection, and proper treatment is the best, he stressed.
