A Communication Member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Matthew Kitcher, has called on President of the Republic, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, to address key issues affecting Ghanaians.

He made the call while speaking on Plan B FM’s EBANOSEN programme, following the President’s directive for all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to render accounts and undergo audits for their activities over the past year.

According to him, there are more pressing issues confronting Ghanaians, including the payment of cocoa farmers and the reduction of transport fares, which he said have made the standard of living difficult for many citizens.

Mr. Kitcher further alleged that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is a “talkative government,” adding that as a former president, President Mahama has failed to meet the expectations that influenced voters to return him to office.
