A sad incident occurred in the Nkoranza South Municipality in the Bono East Region and following the incident, a man murdered his wife for accusing him of cheating.
The man whose identity was not fully given went to the farm with his wife and five (5) children to plant and harvest crops on their farm.
During the process of planting and harvesting, the man sent his wife to fetch water so that they can sprinkle the water on the yam they planted.
Whiles the man’s wife was fetching the water, the man walked behind her and inflicted cutlass wounds on her mercilessly.
The man’s wife could not survive the pain and as a result, she died.
The man attempted to commit suicide after he killed his wife but the police arrested him.
The police have arrested the man and currently, he is in their custody.
