A Communication team member of Movement for Change for Tema in the Greater Accra Region, Felix Kwasi Annan has urged the NPP Caucus in Parliament to put a stop to their childish behavior and think about Ghana.
Felix said that, the dramatic things going on in Ghana’s parliament is a disgrace to the nation and it needs to be condemned.
In a panel discussion on Plan B FM’s ‘Nkosuo Nsem’ show hosted by Obidehyie Kofi Sekyi on Friday, 8 November 2024, Felix stated that the NPP Caucus in Parliament have never been majority and they will never be majority as far as 2020 general election results is concerned.
“Constitutionally, NPP was never majority because they had 137 and NDC also had 137 and 1 independent” he noted.
“The fact that the independent member is in cahoots with the NPP Caucus in Parliament doesn’t make him an NPP member so they weren’t majority but the NDC caucus didn’t notice that” he said
The fighting of the NPP Caucus on majority in Parliament is needless and senseless.
“Majority never belongs to NPP Caucus in Parliament per the results from 2020 elections so what the NPP Caucus are doing because of majority is needless” he jabs.
