The Office of Special Prosecutor says it has commenced a probe into suspected corruption and corruption-related offences in respect of the award of consultancy services contract by the Northern Development Authority to A&Qs.
The OSP has directed the Authority to produce all documents relating to the contract between the Authority and A&Qs.
The OSP says the documents must include approval by the Public Procurement Authority.
The Authority has until July 7, 2022, to provide the details the OSP has demanded.
