The OkadaMotto team has held a fruitful meeting with the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, to discuss key issues affecting motorcycle riders in Ghana.
The discussions focused on two critical areas: the urgent need to train riders to enhance road safety and the importance of making licensing fees more affordable and accessible for riders.
OkadaMotto Ghana emphasized its commitment to promoting safety as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
In line with this commitment, the company has been providing free helmets, uniforms, and training to riders, ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations and best practices on the road.
The meeting marks a significant step towards improving the conditions for motorcycle riders in Ghana, as both OkadaMotto and DVLA explore ways to enhance training programmes and licensing procedures.
