The team retreated and asked  Nana Akwasi Agyeman the Sanaahene of the town whom the suspects are being kept in his home to continue to keep them in his room and inform police when the number of the town folks had gone down while police took coverage at some vantage area monitoring the situation from afar.

Later, Thomas Ofori who is the Assemblyman for the area, Nana Akwasi Agyeman, Sanaahene and Solomon Obeng all of Sanso were able to bring the suspects out into a taxi and a private car and escorted them to the station with the assistance of the police.
