The Lands Commission of Ghana has disclosed that it has no records of the supposed land acquired by the late Sir John in the Achimota Forest.
According to the Commission, the said land has not been registered on their records.
This was disclosed by the Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission James Dadson.
“There is nothing in our records concerning that. What you read is what I have read. We don’t have anything recorded here for Sir John as far as our records are concerned,” James Dadson said.
Mr Geoffrey Ocansey in an interview with Bohyeba Afriyie on Plan B Fm’s Ebanoosen, he stated that it would be better if it comes out later that Sir John has no share of the Achimota forest because if not, the NPP just gave Ghanaians another reason why they shouldn’t pay tax.
He also said that, by Akuffo Addo’s own words he is judging the incumbent as poor managers of the economy and If care is not taken the reveal Of Sir John’s will might provoke a coup.
He added that, the Government must do things right and stop the book long because it has proven no result for Ghanaians tons of problems.
