NDC Warns Criminals of Impending Crackdown
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Comrade Francis Kwesi Badu-Mello, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Team for the Kpone-Katamanso Constituency, has cautioned criminals to brace themselves for a crackdown by national security agencies.

According to him, the Mahama-led administration is committed to tackling criminal activities in the country.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s Nkɔsoɔnsɛm show hosted by Nhyiraba Kofi Boakye (NKB), Badu-Mello said the NDC is empowering national security with the necessary tools to clamp down on illegal activities. “Whoever is engaging in illicit activities should prepare themselves, as national security is hot on their heels,” he warned.

Badu-Mello also expressed satisfaction with the appointment of a new head of the Ghana Immigration Service, urging them to be diligent in their duties, particularly in enforcing laws related to foreign nationals. He assured Ghanaians that the fight against narcotics, including cocaine and opioids, is being intensified, as evidenced by recent arrests, and urged citizens to remain calm.”
