Legal representatives of the Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante have released a firmly worded response to allegations of illegal appropriation made against him, by a certain Jeffrey Tetteh, demanding immediate retraction of his claims or face the legal consequences that may follow.

In a press statement released by Nana Bediatuo’s legal representatives; Minkah-Preko and Co, Monday, October 1st, allegations that the Secretary to the President is claiming ownership of a piece of land near the Sandbox Beach Resort in La, were resolutely trashed as, Mr. Tetteh was directed to make a full retraction to his claims while rendering an unqualified apology in the process.

“Our client states without equivocation that the allegation by the said Mr. Tetteh that he is illegally claiming title to a parcel of land close to Sandbox Beach Resort is absolutely false. Furthermore, the allegation that Sandbox Beach Resort belongs to our client is also false,”  the statement from Nana Bediatuo Asante’s lawyers said.

The statement also interrogated accusations that Nana Bediatuo intends to use his position in government to annex the said parcel of land.

It concluded by urging the originator of the said allegation to do the needful in order that finality is brought to the matter.
