Makola Zongo Lane on fire

Fire Guts Mile 7 Market In Accra

Reports indicate that parts of Accra’s central business district, Makola, specifically Zongo Lane is on fire.

The fire which reported started on the morning of September 1, 2024, has affected some shops in the market.

Citi News reports have confirmed that personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service are currently controlling the blaze.

No casualties have however been confirmed yet.
