The communication team member for the National Democratic Congress NDC for the Ashaiman constituency in the Greater Accra region Samuel Aborbi a.k.a (ABAN) has hinted that John Dramani Mahama will clean up the judiciary when Ghanaians vote for him to lead the country in 2024.

Giving his submission on Plan B FM’s morning show NKOSUONSEM hosted by Obidehye Kofi Sekyi, ABAN reacted to the recent press conference held by the Office of the Special Prosecutor OSP that we’re facing doom in the corruption fight, the communicator believes that because most of the judges were appointed into office by the NPP government and that may be the reason why all the corruption cases presented by the OSP to most courts are been turned down.

When asked how would Mahama clean up the judiciary because there are measures stated in the constitution to appoint a judge, ABAN explained that John Dramani Mahama would set up a committee to investigate some of the judges who were appointed by the NPP government.
