The Office of the President has officially unveiled the portrait of President John Dramani Mahama, a symbol of his leadership and dedication to the people of Ghana.
In a statement released on January 9, 2025, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the President’s acting spokesperson, described the portrait as a representation of national unity and pride, encapsulating the core values and aspirations of Ghanaians.
The statement also addressed concerns regarding the production and distribution of the official portrait.
It clarified that the government has not authorized any individual or company to mass-produce framed copies for distribution and has no plans to do so.
“Ministries, Departments, Agencies, private businesses, companies, and the general public are kindly informed that the Government HAS NOT AND WILL NOT contracted any company or individual to produce framed pictures of the official portrait in bulk for distribution,” the statement read.
