LGBTQI+ bill: Declare your stance or we campaign against your candidature – Presidential aspirants told

The Head Pastor of Mount Herob Victorious Church Rev. Benjamin Oppong has charged the various political party Presidential aspirants to as a matter of urgency declare their stance on the Anti- LGBTQI bill passed by Parliament or the Christendom in the country will campaign against their candidature.

According to him, the electorate should vote for their candidate based on their stance on LGBTQI because Ghanaian culture and religion frowns on such acts.

He further called on the President to ensure he assent to the bill and make it a law that would ban the act in the country.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s late afternoon show EBAANOSEN hosted by Ohene Kinnah, the Rev. Oppong opined that such a law which  he will support it with his ‘last coin’.

“If all the presidential aspirants of NPP and NDC including all the other parties fail to declare their stance on LGBTQI+, the Christendom is ready to support any demonstration and campaign against them,” he stated.
