Lebanon’s embassy in Accra is the latest to demand the arrest of one of its citizens who reportedly launched an attack on a Ghanaian man.

In an undated video, the sword-wielding white man attempts an attack on the unidentified man. He is heard screaming: “come out”, “come out”, “I will cut your neck”, as he held the weapon, putting the lives in jeopardy.

Despite appeals from bystanders, the angry white man further dragged the tip of the sword attempting to attack the victim.
