JB Danquah’s Murder: Audio-Visual Recordings Of Death Admitted Into Evidence

Daniel Asiedu, aka Sexy Don Don, the main suspect in the murder of the late Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North MP, Joseph Boakye Danquah Adu, has been found not guilty.

A seven-member jury rendered this 4-3 verdict on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

The presiding judge was compelled by the split verdict to discharge the jury in line with Section 285(4) of the Criminal and Other Offenses (Procedure) Act, 1960 (Act 30), according to a report by myjoyonline.com

The court determined that the verdict was insufficient for further action based on this.

Sexy Don Don, was charged with robbery and the murder of the deceased MP.

Even after the jury’s verdict, the suspect is still being held.
