Illegal Structures At Sakumo Ramsar Site Demolished In Easter Monday Operation

A taskforce from the TDC Ghana with support from a National Security team on Monday morning stormed the Sakumono Ramsar site and demolished illegal structures.

The Managing Director of TDC Ghana Ltd, Courage Nunekpeku told the press that the emolition exercise was part of efforts to reclaim encroached state lands and also protect Ramsar sites from further encroachment.
