Grudges got you down? Find a confidant to confide in

Grudges got you down? Find a confidant to confide in

Rev. Michael Yaw Banson, Resident Pastor of Rehoboth Holyfire Revival Ministries International, has urged the public to find and confide in a trusted friend or mentor to avoid holding onto grudges for a long time.
In a recent interview with host Nana Asabea on Plan B FM’s social program “Nyansapɔ Fie,” Rev. Banson stated that grudges are inevitable, but holding onto them can weigh heavily on our minds and spirits. “We should confide in a trusted friend or mentor to release the burden of grudges,” he said.
“By sharing our feelings and perspectives with someone who cares, we can gain a fresh understanding and move towards forgiveness and peace.” Rev. Banson added that it is better to forgive and move on, even if the relationship does not go back to what it was.

Rev. Christiana Otoo Lartey, Senior Pastor of Kingdom Chapel of the Assemblies of God emphasized the importance of workplace dynamics in grudge prevention. She stressed that employers should refrain from using hurtful language towards subordinates, as this can lead to lingering grudges.
“When employees feel belittled or disrespected, they may not speak out, but they will harbour grudges, which can significantly impact productivity,” Rev. Lartey noted. She urged employers to foster a culture of respect, actively listening to their subordinates’ perspectives and addressing grudges in a professional manner when necessary.

Lady Rev. Mrs. Mercy Andoh, a renowned Pastor of Christ Foundation Family Church, Fashion Designer, and Vice President of Aglow International, on her part, emphasized the vital importance of customer service in business success. With her extensive experience in ministry and fashion, she has seen first-hand how businesses thrive or fail based on their treatment of customers. She cautioned traders against engaging in verbal altercations with customers, warning that such interactions can have devastating consequences.

“When traders argue with customers, they unwittingly jeopardize their businesses,” she said.

“A dissatisfied customer can lead to a staggering 99% of other customers becoming dissatisfied, ultimately resulting in business collapse. Unfortunately, this is often misattributed to witchcraft,” she disclosed.
