Legon Cities’ woes this season have been further compounded after they were beaten 1-0 in the capital derby against Hearts of Oak on Friday January 3, 2025.

Ahmed Ramzy Yussif first half strike turned the game on its head and left the visitors with a pyramid to climb at the bottom of the Premier League table.

The win has left the Phobians to second position in the table with 28 points from 16 games while Cities remain at the bottom with 11 points in what has been a difficult campaign for the Royals.
