Gory scenes as Honda CRV crushes police motor rider to death

A personnel of the Ghana Police Service has reportedly been crushed to death by a Honda CRV at Pataasi, a suburb of the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi.

According to reports, the deceased police officer was a member of the police visibility team and was riding his motorbike when the incident happened.

Viral videos of the incident, which reportedly took place on August 19, 2024, show the motorbike under the Honda, with a pool of blood around the vehicles.

The front of the car was also badly damaged, with its bumper completely removed.

In one of the videos, a man could be heard saying that the policeman died on the spot.

“A police motor rider and a fine lady just crashed. The policeman died on the spot,” he said in Twi.
