Ghana is gradually becoming a country where there is no action but talk only, former Minister of Trade and Industry Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has observed.
He, therefore, insists that as a people, Ghanaians must focus more on getting things done rather than talking.
“As a people, we must focus more on getting things done than talking,” he stated in a nationwide broadcast to officially declare his intention to contest the presidential primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
“Ghana is gradually becoming a NATO country – “No Action Talk Only”. We need to remember that the use of time is a zero-sum game,” he said on Tuesday, January 10.
“What Ghana needs now are solutions and actions not debates.”
Mr Kyerematen also announced an ambitious programme he calls the Great Transformational Plan (GTP) to span 2025 to 2030 to transform Ghana.
He said more explanation will be given on this Plan in the months ahead for all to accept it and support his bid to become president.
“We shall all enjoy,” he declares.
