Ghana needs Nkrumah-like leadership – Man of God

Ghana needs Nkrumah-like leadership – Man of God

The Founder and Leader of Captain Jesus Prayer Camp, Prophet Isaac Ofosuhene Gyimah, has said that Ghanaian leaders today do not have the country at heart.

Speaking in a one-on-one interview on Plan B FM’s Nkosuo Nsem show on Thursday, March 6, 2025, with Obidehyie Kofi Sekyi, Prophet Gyimah expressed deep disappointment in Ghana’s current leadership for prioritizing their personal interests over the nation’s welfare.

“Ghana needs a leader like our first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, through whom we gained independence,” he stated.

“Our leaders must focus on the development of the people of Ghana and prioritize the country’s progress above everything else,” he added.

Prophet Isaac Ofosuhene Gyimah also lamented that although Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah undertook numerous projects to develop Ghana, today’s leaders seem more interested in squandering public funds.

“Our leaders must change their attitude of selfishness, greed, and corruption and instead adopt the selfless and visionary leadership of Nkrumah,” he emphasized.

He further expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that, despite 68 years of independence, Ghana still struggles with issues of self-centered leadership and underdevelopment.
