The Ghana Education Service (GES) has issued a press release in response to a viral video showing an altercation between two students from Adisadel College. The GES expressed deep concern and condemned the act of violence, labeling it as barbaric.

The GES commended the school authorities for their swift action in suspending the student responsible for the assault, pending further investigation. Furthermore, the GES has instructed the Regional Director of Education to collaborate with the school authorities and law enforcement agencies to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.

The GES reassured the public that they are treating the matter with utmost seriousness and are fully dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students throughout the country.
