Fix The Country Movement To ‘Storm’ Ashaiman District Court

Fix The Country Movement To ‘Storm’ Ashaiman District Court
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The Fix The Country Movement has announced that they will march to the Ashaiman District Court tomorrow, Monday, 14th February 2021. Per their release, this is a peaceful march, first and foremost, to make the Ghana Police Service, free the Fix The Country convener. Also, this march is necessitated to break the recent culture of silence. Per the fliers which are circulating, the numbers will be expectedly massive.

Today, around 6:00 in the evening, the Fix The Country group held a live zoom meeting and Facebook live and the Speakers were, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, Felicity Nelson, and Samuel Dodzi who are respectively the Community Organizer, Chief, and Lawyer of the Fix The Country Movement. They discussed the arrest, which they described per the words of Sam George, abduction, and unlawful detention.

The question that most Ghanaians are asking is why is this movement not acting from a national perspective by criticizing their convener for what he said.
