morning, January 29, behind the Trinity Gas filling station in Dzorwulu, causing extensive damage to several properties.

The blaze rapidly spread through the area, engulfing a series of wooden structures and destroying valuable belongings.

Authorities and residents are working to determine the exact cause of the fire, but initial reports suggest it may have started at a Nigerian restaurant located behind Awo’s Unisex Boutique building.

According to witnesses, the fire erupted suddenly, consuming the restaurant and extending to nearby structures, which included shops and businesses in the area.

As news of the fire spread, local residents rushed to the scene to offer their help, with many seen trying to salvage belongings from the affected wooden structures before they could be completely destroyed by the fire.

The Ghana National Fire Service responded promptly to the emergency call, with fire trucks arriving on the scene just 15 minutes after the blaze was reported.

Firefighters worked to contain the flames, battling the fire to prevent it from spreading to other commercial properties.
