Fans Heartbroken As Highlife Great Daddy Lumba Dies

Graphic Showbiz has confirmed that highlife musician Charles Kwadwo Fosu, commonly known as Daddy Lumba is dead. He died at the Bank Hospital in Accra at dawn on Saturday.

Sources close to the family have told Graphic Online that, he had gone on admission at the hospital for an undisclosed health condition and passed Saturday morning [July 26, 2025].

As of 1pm on Saturday, many people had gathered at Daddy Lumba’s home at East Legon in Accra.
