A National Communication team member of Movement for Change, John Kofi Adusei-Poku has emphatically stated that, deployment of military in the upcoming general election is not what Ghanaians want.
Deploying military to polling stations will create fear and panic and hinders electorates from voting for their prefferd candidate.
In a panel discussion on Plan B FM’s ‘Nkosuo Nsem’ show hosted by Obidehyie Kofi Sekyi on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Adusei-Poku said that the deployment of military shouldn’t be considered in the minds of the President and the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission.
“We need our peace, let us go and exercise our rights peacefully. We don’t need the deployment of military” he stated.
Adusei-Poku expressed that, to put a stop to all these intimidations, Ghanaians must vote for a visionary and a transformational leader Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen.
