ECG to undertake emergency maintenance on MBH prepayment server

ECG Shuts Down Somanya Office Over Safety Concerns
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced plans to undertake emergency maintenance on the MBH prepayment server.

The power company said the maintenance work would be conducted from Friday, September 20 to Sunday, September 22, 2024.

The maintenance will be done between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

It has therefore advised all MBH customers to purchase enough credit to last for the period of the downtime.

The affected areas are Tema, Accra West, and the Eastern Region.

ECG says it regrets the inconvenience that the maintenance will cause.
