The host of Plan B FM lifestyle, family, and relationship show NYANSAPO FIE Rev. Michael Asenso has urged the general public to be cautious about what they consume.

He said our lives mostly depend on the foods and drinks we consume every day.

He encouraged everyone to make drinking of water early in the morning a habit because it helps maintain a healthy lifestyle.

He continued that a well-balanced diet provides all of the energy you need to keep active throughout the day, the nutrients you need for growth and repair, helping you to stay strong and healthy, and helping to prevent diet-related illness.

Eating healthy means following a healthy eating pattern that includes a variety of nutrients. Food and drinks,  eating fruits like pineapple, apples, oranges, and mangos improves  ones health.

Again, he advised the public to patronize Ghanaian organic foods and fruits because it is the healthiest in the world and has encouraged all to be vigilant whenever buying foodstuff and fruit because  a lot of them are contaminated with high chemical content.

He said the public should stay away from or limit the consumption of sugar-sweetened drinks which could affects ones health.
