CPP opens nomination for 2024 flagbearer race

The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has called on comrades who are interested in contesting on the party’s ticket in the 2024 presidential elections to pick their nomination forms.

The party has, therefore, opened nominations to elect a flagbearer for the 2024 general elections beginning Thursday, 20 April 2023 to Thursday, 11 May 2023.

A statement signed by the General Secretary of the CPP, Nana Yaa Akyempim Jantuah, announcing the opening of nominations indicated the approved fees and guidelines pertaining to the flagbearer race.

“Picking of Nomination Forms GHS20,000, Filing Fees GHS200,000, Grassroots Mobilisation Development Fund GHS230,000, Grand Total GHS450,000,” the party revealed.

It added: “All payments made to the congress committee are Non-refundable.”
