Chief Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah has returned to office after working from home for 14 days while isolating from the public.
The two weeks self-isolation was in compliance with Covid-19 Protocols.
A circular dated July 7, 2020, signed and issued by the Judicial Secretary, Ms Pamela Cynthia Addo and circulated to all High Court judges had said “His Lordship Chief Justice from 6th July 2020 on the advice of his doctors, embarked on a fourteen (14) day self-isolation in compliance with Covid-19 protocols.
It had stated further that the Chief Justice was to be working from his official residence at Cantonments in Accra.
The CJ has since returned to office and made his first public appearance after taking delivery of some 100 pieces of waste bins donated by the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources on Friday.
The Deputy Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Mr Patrick Yaw Boamah presented the items on behalf of the Ministry.
Receiving the items on behalf of the service, the CJ thanked the Ministry for the gesture and said “this is the second time they (Ministry) have come to our rescue and we are pleased these have arrived at the right time.”
