Section of Ghanaians on social media have expressed worry over Twellium Ghana’s refusal to tell exactly why they are recalling a batch of their Verna Natural Mineral water.

In a short statement shared in the national dailies, Twellium Ghana, producers of Verna Natural Mineral water recalled products with batch numbers TW/4 and TW/5.

However, the organization failed to tell exactly why these products were being recalled.

Public Relations experts have expressed worry about the organization’s statement since it does not tell consumers why they are recalling the products.

Their worry emanates from the fact that people who have already consumed the product are left hanging not knowing how the product may affect their health.

Another worry expressed by these individuals is the fact that the organization is using popular media personalities to cover its shortcomings.

In several posts shared via social media, they vented their spleen at the irresponsibility of the brand and the lack of respect for their consumers.

One consumer indicated that she has been passing stool for days only to check and realized she had taken a while number of the batches that have been recalled.

They charged the organization to do right by their consumers and stop hiding the challenge.
