CLOGSAG Executive Secretary Isaac Bampoe Addo passes away

Dr Isaac Bampoe Addo, the Executive Secretary of the Civil and Local  Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG), has died.

Citi  News sources confirmed that Dr Bampoe Addo died on Friday, August 21, 2026, after a brief illness.

As Executive Secretary, he played a key role in the association’s national negotiations, industrial actions and engagement with government and other stakeholders on matters affecting public sector workers.

Dr Bampoe Addo was also actively involved in shaping CLOGSAG’s institutional policies and representing the interests of its members on labour and public sector issues.
