Chief Of Hohoe Gboxome Summons Judicial Service Staff For Poisoning Woman’s Fowls

The Chief of Hohoe Gborxome , Torgbe Asamani Gborxo I, has summoned a Judicial Service Staff working in Hohoe for poisoning to death more than ten fowls belonging to a woman residing in Hohoe Gborxome.

Speaking to Lorlornyo News on the issue, Torgbe Gborxo I said firsthand information he gathered indicates the action was taken by the accused in order to protect crops he planted in his garden.

He said the allegation leveled against the accused is a taboo and could be banished from Hohoe Gborxome if found guilty.

He said veterinary officers who examined the carcasses of the birds concluded they were poisoned.
